    Possibly deactivated for Monday and Tuesday. Reactivated on Wednesday. Guessing it worked over the weekend for Halloween parties. Or it was released early by accident.

    Saw a friend unlocked it in Sydney over the weekend. Tried today and nothing happened. So perhaps just liek Steakpak said. Will try again tomorrow.

    Also as a side note, I unlocked this years and last years after 7:00PM. It might only be activated in the evening when parties are going on.

    I just checked in at an apartment building. Officially it's October 31st 00:20 and shouted "happy Halloween" but there's no badge. I'm from Ecuador. Is this badge working????? Someone tell me please!!!!

    It has popped over the weekend. I just hope they'll reactivate it again. It's close to midnight of halloween night already here in Australia.
