Currently, I am able to unlock badge by just one c/i at Waterville Valley Ski Area (http://4sq.com/dmvj51). There was no need to follow Waterville Valley Resort.

Unable to unlock badge with any of the other venues listed above.

Thanks.... I just tested it as well and found it only unlocks at the main venue currently even when you follow them. Unlock instructions have been updated.

I pull the shortURL from the foursquare venue. In the future, I hope to have the forum software do the work of getting the venue.
