Always happy to help. Currently I do not have a working 4sqr acct as my acct was flagged due to an issue (long story) with a "person". So because of that I no longer give out my 4sqr ID or accept anyone as a friend that I do not actually know.. Sorry.

The venues that you have listed there are from another one of their lists and do not count for this badge. The list that has the correct venues that count for this badge is 100 Best things we ate (and drank) in 2011...

@JR1, I don't really understand twitter and I'm pretty sure that is your main method to see when a badge becomes active. How are you able to tell when badge unlocks are reported on twitter?

If you do a search on twitter for "Time Out Chicago's 100 Best Badge unlocked" it will show up if that badge has been unlocked. Also if you leave that search open it will update automatically every few seconds and when the bagde does unlock it will show up. You can also use third party twitter apps and set them up to search for mentions of things like "new badges". What it really comes down to is that you have to have either twitter or a third party app always open and running on your comp to know when the badges become active.
