Per his 4sqr page it doesn't look like @mr_draco unlocked the badge. Well unless he used a different acct.

I've tried this badge and GaGa workshop badge using mobile foursquare; no success.

Checkin without point of course won't unlock. Checkin with points is a valid. Is there a so called official 'Toy'R'Us' venue?

I think 4sq screwed up and timstalker got lucky. I just tried an actual live check-in at a store and it didn't unlock.

I'm so sorry for my statement above. I just unlocked the Level 2 "Vinyl" badge and want to posting here but looks like in the wrong room. I have an internet connection problem right here. I hope all of you can understand.
