Today is Veterans Day, so we’ve created a ‘Service’ badge in honor of all those who serve. You can unlock the badge by checking in at a Veterans Day celebration, or, even after the weekend, if you’re part of a service family and check in three times at your home base.

Took me three check-ins: VA hospital, Veterans Affair office & Veterans park all in the Milwaukee area. Very cool of Foursquare to do this and salute the vets all around the world.

Not letting me unlock :( Anyone know of any venues in London, uk?

Perfect...the Veteran can't seem to get the Veteran badge. Irony. I've checked into three Veteran's places around me and nada.

Got it thanks! Created my own Veteran's Day Parade Check In and unlocked it.
